Edward BOSWELL (c.1786-1839) son of Edward BOSWELL and Sarah HAVERS was baptised on 31 December 1786 in Spitalfields Christ Church, Stepney, Middlesex, England.
Elizabeth HEFFER (c.1790-1851) was born about 1790 in Saxmundham, Suffolk, England.
Edward BOSWELL married Elizabeth HEFFER on 13 May 1807 at Christ Church, Southwark, Surrey, England. Edward was a bachelor and Elizabeth a spinster. One of the witnesses was Sarah Boswell.

Edward's occupation was given as Painter & Glazier on his children's baptism records. Later in his life he became a labourer. The death certificate for Edward's daughter, Mary Ann Jones nee Boswell states his occupation was Painter and wrongly names him as John. The informant, C. Jones (Mary Ann's son), also did not know his grandmother's name but living on the other side of the world he would never have met his grandparents.
On 3 December 1839 Edward died of Consumption at 16 Princes Buildings, White Hart St, Kennington, Surrey. He was aged 52. The informant was his wife Elizabeth who gave his occupation as Labourer.
On 6 June 1841, Elizabeth was living in Regency Place, Lambeth, Kennington, London. She was aged 50 and living on independent means. Living with her were two of her children, Edward aged 15 and Thomas aged 10.
On 31 March 1851, Elizabeth now aged 60 was living at 23 Princes Buildings, St Mary, Lambeth. She was described as a widow and living with her was her son Edward, aged 30 who was a Painter. Elizabeth's place of birth was given as Saxmundon, Suffolk, England.
Elizabeth died aged 62 on 4 July 1851 at 23 Princes Buildings, White Hart St, Kennington, Surrey. She had been suffering for nine months from a "Disease of the Womb". She was described as the widow of Edward Boswell, Labourer. The informant was her daughter Sarah Bridge who lived at 74 Admiral Terrace, Vauxhall Road, Westminster and who was present at the death.

Sarah was baptised at St Mary's Lambeth, Surrey on 30 June 1816. She married Frederick Bridge on 1 April 1839 at St Martin in the Fields, Westminster, London. They had four sons, Frederick (1840-); John (1842-); Michael (1845-); George (1847-).

Ann was baptised at St Mary's Lambeth, Surrey on 7 March 1819. She married William Edward Hodgkin on 5 April 1840 at St Mary's Lambeth. They had the following children: William Edward (1841-1877) married Eliza Ann Davis; Ann (1843-1877) married Joseph Charles Hodgkin; Elizabeth Augusta (1848-1924) married Henry William Hodgkin; Charles (1857-1909) married (1) Hannah Hill and (2) Emma Taylor; and Henry James (1861-)

Edward was baptised on 30 December 1821 in St. Mary's, Lambeth, Surrey. He married Eliza.
7. Elizabeth Boswell (c.1824-)
Elizabeth was baptised on 20 June 1824 in St. Mary's, Lambeth, Surrey.

Thomas was baptised on 15 March 1829 in St Mark, Kennington, London.
